Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at anDo! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Confirmed orders will be shipped out from our warehouse within 1 - 2 business day(s). Our operation hours including chat response is every day 9am to 5:30pm.
We ship out orders placed before 3pm on the same day and next day for the orders after. Please note that we may not be able to drop off the parcel at POS LAJU as their are closed.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

- Delivery may take additional time during peak season, sale period, holidays, unforeseen circumstances such as technical / delivery resources issue or natural disasters.

- Any returned parcel from POSLAJU for reasons such as wrong / incomplete address, invalid contact number or unreachable, additional shipping cost will be at your expense.
- There will be STRICTLY NO REFUNDS for any shipping & handling fees.
ORDER TRACKING

- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or notification once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- You can check the status of your orders by accessing POSLAJU and click Track & Trace.

- You can call us to report any concerns, incorrect or defective items within 7 business days after order complete
PENDING PAYMENT & CANCELATION
We reserve the right to delay or cancel your order without prior notice under below condition:
- When you choose C.O.D and your delivery address is not included our C.O.D service area;
- Incomplete information such as invalid contact number and you are not available during the delivery schedule;
- In the case of heavy rain, flooding and other natural disasters;
- In the case of company special occasion, warehouse adjustment, inventory, shortage of manpower and other circumstances;
