Refund policy

We always want you to have a great experience with us! Please read carefully and understand our policy before your purchase. 
RETURNS
You may return the items within 7 days of delivery.
In order for a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions.
 - The item must be in unused, unopened, unmarked and unworn.
 - Item must not fall under non-returnable/refundable/exchangeable.
We reserve the right to refuse any items as return under the following conditions:
 - Any discount, promotion, bundle and outlet items.
 - Items listed as non-returnable/refundable/exchangeable.
 - Miniature size items
 - Returns made 7 days on or after the delivery date.
 - If you change your mind about any of items purchased.
REFUNDS   
We reserve the right to provide refunds only in Best Buy Point credits to your account. Cash refunds will only be done on the basis that there is an error on the item which resulted from us. All other refunds via debit/credit cards will be refunded via account credits.
You are able to claim for a refund if you did not receive their item due to a technical error. We will ask you a proof of payment before the refund is processed.
If an order item has expired, same item with newer date will be replaced. Unless the item is out of stock, only points refund will be provided.
STRICTLY NO COMBINED ORDER allowed. All orders is advised to be cancelled and make a new order.
