PRODUCT
Q : What kind of products do you carry?
A : anDo sells Kamen Rider belts and related items, TCG (Mainly Pokemon), Prize figures etc.
We hope to expand our line up in the future as well.
Q : What are prize figures?
A : There are 2 types of figures, Scale Figure and Prize Figure. Although we handle some scale figures, most of our items are prize figures.
Prize figures are mass produced, affordable figures made for arcades in Japan.
The conditions listed below are considered normal.
・Color, face, shape look a bit different from what I expected...
→Reference photo's are taken by manufacture with best lighting and angle and a sample product. Actual Item may look different from the reference picture as it's mass produced.
・The figure came in separate pieces
→Some figures require assembly.
Kindly open the plastic bag and assemble the figure. Instructions are usually not included.
・Parts are not fitting perfectly
Some times, the part won't fit perfectly.
It might be because the material is hard or it was slightly re-shaped during manufacture.
・There's small dents and scratches on the box, is it used?
→Because the items are from overseas, small dents, scratches, tiny rips occur during the shipment.
All items are in mint condition unless it's mentioned "opened" on the description.
If the damage is significant, it's mentioned on the description.
We would like you understand the quality of prize figures but we do not intend to sell defective items or scam you. Refund or exchange is possible for major defect and damage so please contact us freely if you have any concerns.
Q : Are they genuine?
A : anDo takes pride in selling true and 100% genuine, authentic and original products. We deal directly with the manufacturer and authorized distributor to ensure that we will not sell any fake or imitation goods.
Q : Why are they priced lower than the average market price in Malaysia?
A : We work together with our affiliated company in Japan, which has access to local retail and wholesales stores and able to make international shipment in bulk at a reasonable price. Thus, we are able to import items at Japanese local market price.
Q : The price has increased from the last time I ordered / some items are expensive.
A : We may have to adjust our selling price from time to time as prices reflect the market price of Japan. Prices will change without notice.
Q : Are all products ready stock?
A : Yes, everything selling in anDo is ready stock! Products that label with out of stock logo are non-orderable. However, if the product ordered is out of stock or insufficient quantity, we will contact you personally by email or phone.

Q : How do I register on the anDo website?
A : It’s easy! Click on the POINTS button on the bottom right corner of the website and you will be directed to an online registration form.
Q : I can't login to my account.
A : You may have entered an incorrect e-mail address or password. Please check and try again.
Q : I have forgotten my password. What can I do?
A : Simply click on "Forgotten password" link and we will send an email with a link to reset your password. Enter your new password. Once you have successfully accessed your account, remember to update your password immediately.

Q : How to order?
A :
Step 1: BROWSE & SELECT PRODUCT
Step 2: ADD TO CART to add the product to your shopping cart. Next click the CONTINUE SHOPPING if you would like to select other item, then click CHECKOUT NOW to proceed to checkout and ready to make the payment, or BUY NOW button to proceed to checkout and ready to make the payment
Step 3: Enter your DELIVERY INFORMATION then continue to payment
Step 4: Select your PAYMENT METHOD – Credit card, Online Banking, COD or E-wallet
Step 5: Order successful –Order summary will be sent via email.
Q : How can I check the status of my order(s)
A : You can check your order status in under My Account - Recent Orders. It will indicate the status of your order whether it is pending, processing or complete. We will send you a confirmation email notice once your order is completed and ready for shipping. After your order is posted out, you can track your item using tracking number that has been updated through email.
Q : Why is my order pending?
A : We usually shipout the item by next day of order. If still pending, your order might be facing issues such as pending payment, payment has been rejected or some products in your order are out of stock. We will send you an email shortly after your order has been processed to confirm the issue.
Q : How can I cancel my order?
A : Once your order has been submitted successfully and payment is received for your purchase, no further changes can be made. We advise that you carefully review and modify your order before payment submission.
Q : Can I combine my order?
A : We are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order (single receipts) once it has been confirmed. If you wish to add more items, you may proceed with new order.
PAYMENT
Q : How to pay?
A : We accept
- MasterCard, Visa Credit or Debit Cards issued by local Malaysian banks only.
- Online payments via Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, AmOnline and MEPS/FPX (All banks including RHB and Bank Islam etc).
- E-wallet via Grabpay, TouchNGo, Boost and Maybank QR.
- Cash On Delivery – do check your postal area if included in our service area.
Q : Do you keep my credit card details?
A : We do not retain your credit card information after your order is completed; it is submitted directly to our banks.
Q : How can I know if my payment was successful?
A : Upon payment success, you will receive an on-screen prompt to inform you that the payment has been received. You will also receive an invoice from us and a payment confirmation from the online payment portal via email. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order via My Account.
DELIVERY
Q : How much is the delivery charge?
A : anDo offers FREE shipping throughout Malaysia for online purchases worth RM99 or above. RM10 for purchase below RM98.
Q : When can I get my order?
A : We usually ship out same day for orders created before 3pm and next day for order after. It will take 1 to 4 working days for the courier to deliver your items. Delivery may take additional time during peak season, sale period, holidays, unforeseen circumstances such as technical / delivery resources issue or natural disasters.
Q : When is the delivery time?
A : Please refer to the service time of of the courier service that you chose at check out.
Q : Can I change the delivery date?
A Yes, you may change the delivery date. Kindly indicate the date of delivery in the comments section when checking out if you would like to delay the shipment.
Q : Do you ship to international address?
A Delivery is provided within Malaysia ONLY. No international delivery will be made
RETURN & REFUND
Q : What conditions to return products?
A : For any discrepancy of products delivered and Customer wishes for return and refund, you need to notify our Customer Service upon 7 days of receiving the goods .We only accept the return item if the product that you received are:
- A damaged products when delivered to you

Wrong item(s) delivered not as per ordered
- Wrong quantity delivered – it could be oversupplied or undersupplied
Note :
All products returned must be in the exact condition received by the customer.
- Item must be in its original purchase condition - packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

Q : After using a product, I find that it's not what I want. Can I return it?
A : We do not accept returns once the product has been opened.
