Through hard work and dedication, she passed the magical qualification exams with overwhelming results, becoming the youngest and top-ranked candidate in the history of the peaceful kingdom of Robetta.
However, in order to advance from an apprentice witch, she needed to train under a mentor. Yet, many witches, envious of her talent, refused to take her as their disciple. It was then that Elaina heard rumors of a peculiar witch named Fran, living on the outskirts of town. Hoping for guidance, she approached Fran to become her apprentice.
Instead of proper training, Elaina found herself treated more like a servant. One day, Fran suddenly agreed to train her, only to dismiss her lightly. Frustrated, Elaina poured out her true feelings. It was then revealed that everything had been arranged by her mother to teach Elaina the meaning of failure and resilience.
Unwilling to give up, Elaina continued to prove her determination. This time, Fran accepted her resolve and granted her true training. Eventually acknowledged as a full-fledged witch, Elaina set off on her journey around the world.
